Our first meeting of the Fall is Thursday (tomorrow!) night from 7-8:30 PM at the church. We are looking forward to an awesome meeting with a lot of information. We will discuss elections, the upcoming rafting trip on September 6-8th, and work on signing books for achievements done over the summer. Wear Class A and bring your handbooks, especially those looking for Scoutmaster conferences and Boards of Review.
Parents, please stop by the Scout room to register your daughters for the rafting trip ($60 per person) and to sign up for upcoming trips this Fall. Our next Court of Honor will be September 12th at 7:00 PM in the Alspaugh Worship Center (AWC), and families are invited to watch the girls receive rank advancements, many merit badges earned at camp, and a few more awards.
Our next outdoor committee meeting will be at 6:00 PM on September 5th, and all adult leaders are encouraged to attend. See you tomorrow night!
