Outdoor In-Person Meeting This Week!

To start off, I am very sorry if you receive this email multiple times, but we want to make sure everyone is aware of this awesome opportunity!

This Thursday at 7pm-8:30, we will resume our in-person meetings! Bear in mind, this will not look like a typical meeting at the church, but we are thankful to be able to meet at all.

Please drop your Scout off in the lower parking lot at 7pm wearing Class A. They need to bring their own camp chair or lawn chair, a mask, a water bottle, Scout handbook, and an eager attitude! We will be staying outside and at least 6 feet apart from each other at all times. We will not have access to the restrooms or water fountains inside the church.

For those who do not want to attend in person, we will also set up a Zoom link, so that you can join us virtually! I will send this info on Thursday.

We do have a maximum capacity, so we ask that you do not stay for the meeting in order to save that spot for another Scout.

In short, Thursday at 7pm, lower lot of Mt Tabor UMC, wear mask, bring lawn chair and Scout handbook. Our meeting will conclude at 8:30. This meeting will be great ‘practice’ for our September 3rd Outdoor Court of Honor. Mark your calendars!
